My Approach

I am an NCPS Accredited Counsellor with an integrative approach, drawing from Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Transactional Analysis.

My work is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and guided by an awareness of intersectionality, cultural background, and personal belief systems. I’m inspired by the work of Carl Rogers, Fritz Perls, Gabor Maté, and Esther Perel — all of whom have shaped how I listen, reflect, and respond in the therapy space.

I offer a safe, supportive and confidential relationship where we can explore what’s going on for you at your own pace. Together, we may look at how past experiences impact the present, help you process difficult emotions, and develop more useful ways to cope, connect, and grow.

I work with a wide range of issues including:

• LGBTQIA+ identity, emotional impact of discrimination
• Anxiety

• Depression
• OCD behaviours, intrusive or obsessive thoughts
• Shame

• Anger

• Low self-worth

• Grief and Loss

• Trauma (e.g., emotional, relational, or situational trauma)

• Self-esteem
• Relationship and family struggles
• Neurodivergent experiences (including ADHD and Autism)
